Academic requirements: High school certificate + entrance examination in Biology and Physics/Chemistry (written and oral)​

Short description: The one-semester pre-medical Basic Medicine Course is recommended for students who do not have sufficient knowledge in Biology, Physics, and Chemistry from high school. The requirements in these pre-medical science subjects are rigorous; therefore, it is advised that students who need a period of preparation prior to beginning the Medicine, Dentistry, or Pharmacy programs join the Basic Medicine Course. Students who successfully complete the course are directly admitted to their chosen program. The course is also recommended for those who would like to refresh their high school knowledge before starting their first year of studies.
